National Productivity Week Celebration - Special Talk 【2019】

National Productivity Council (NPC) is national level organization to promote productivity culture in India. Established by the Ministry of Industry, Government of India in 1958, it is an autonomous, multipartite, non-profit organization with equal representation from employers’ & workers’ organizations and Government, apart from technical & professional institutions and other interests.  NPC teams up with its clients to work out solutions towards accelerating productivity, enhancing competitiveness, increasing profits, augmenting safety and reliability and ensuring better quality. The council helps monitor, review and implement the identified strategies. Promotional and catalytic in nature, NPC’s services have bearings on economic growth and quality of life. The Council promotes a comprehensive view of productivity focused on improving triple bottom line – economic, environmental and social and adds value for all the stakeholders through generation & application of advanced knowledge for inclusive Growth.  With the encouragement and support of Principal Sir and the teachers, two students from class XII commerce Master Harsh Mangroliya and Master Syreyaskumar Vasoya presented their views on challenges and solutions of an organisation and how they can get the increased productivity under the National Productivity Week, 2019. They have explained different types of challenges like staffing, cash flow, budgeting, time management, delegating tasks, choosing what to sell, marketing strategy and capital in a well-planned manner and they also explain and provide the solutions to overcome these challenges. The main purpose of organising this special talk was to increase productivity among the teachers and students in the school premises.

With the encouragement and support of the Assistant Commissioner Mrs. Anuradha Ma’am, Principal Sir and the teachers, we initiated the process of further strengthening the spirit of internationalism in the school and organised an exhibition named NUMISMATICS on Tuesday, 11th Dec, 2018 by the brilliant students of class XI commerce. The School has been involved in this exhibition for the last 1 month with complete spirit and commitment and every day has been a day of learning, exhilaration and challenges. With the encouragement and support of Principal Sir and the teachers, we organised Consumer Awareness Day on Monday, 24th Dec, 2018 in our school premises. Students of grade IX and X have actively participated in this Olympiad.  Consumer awareness is a need of present days. Since we are inspired to buy different product through advertisement but many of them are not qualitative product. So, In this awareness rally we have found the importance of consumer awareness, rights of consumers and how to get redressal?
